The rooms were very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

By and large, it was unique base for sightseeing in Charleston, had much fun and met very amiable and caring staff in spite of the hotel's advertised service. The location was magnificent, short walk to airport and highways, mall and Charleston good location.

The staff was welcoming and around most of the time. Loved our rooms with 1 dbl bed. We had central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven in the room.

Convenient location, close to the airport and dining options. Nearby Waffle House and a mall were highlights. The bed exceeded expectations—comfortable and clean environment. Complimentary Dove products added a nice touch. experience was marred by slow front desk service. Keys consistently failed, and room maintenance was lacking. Ants in the bathroom, water damage on the ceiling, and details like dust and dead bugs around appliances were disappointing. Customer service issues persisted throughout. Breakfast area felt cramped, and cleanliness needed improvement. The pool’s distance was inconvenient. With attentive management, it could shine. A few updates and deep cleaning would elevate the experience significantly. Would consider returning, but with cautious expectations.

The beds were a saving grace, offering a great night’s sleep after a long travel day. While the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the hotel itself felt outdated, with dirty carpets and a strong scent of cheap cleaner. Breakfast was a letdown; cold pancakes and frozen sandwiches with just one microwave for all guests was frustrating. The front desk staff was hit or miss—one lady made my late check-in a hassle, despite prior communication, which left me anxious. A mixed bag overall, but I wouldn’t return.

Great value accommodation with excellent setting very close to the airport in one direction, Outlet Mall and Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Rooms with a great decor.

Started my day with yummy free breakfast. Had fun exploring Charleston's historic sites nearby. Friendly staff helped with everything I needed. Cons: Oh, and who doesn't love a small bed in a bad area? Great experience!.

Very very good overall experience. The hotel was amazing, modern room. The location was perfect to outlet. I found nice Poke Bros by accident, it was within a close distance from the venue.

The bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast spread was pretty good, lots of options from hot to cold dishes. Plus, the location was super convenient, right off the freeway, close to a gas station, and some fast, food joints. Just what you need for a city break getaway.

A few cleanliness issues were a bit off, putting, like full hallway garbages and a not, so. The pool was a no, go, no water in sight, and dealing with the dehumidifier in the room was a hassle.
